Purpose
Business Services works to enhance the campus-life experience by providing industryleading, accessible, sustainable and affordable services to the GW community including
the Campus Store, Parking, Mail Operations, Licensing and Trademarks, Laundry, Vending,
Summer Storage and the U•Pass program.
Services
Campus Store: If you forgot to get your GW gear during your campus visit, order online this
summer so you can sport buff and blue when you get to campus.
Parking: First-year students are prohibited from bringing vehicles to campus except in
extenuating circumstances.
Mail Operations: Please visit our website to learn more about shipping letters and packages
to students at GW.
Laundry: Residential students receive 34 free laundry cycles per semester via the Speed
Queen App. Please visit our website to learn more about setting up your account.
U•Pass Transit program: GW participates in WMATA’s U•Pass program, where full time
undergraduate students have unlimited use of Metrorail and Metrobus for a discounted fee of
$100/semester. This mandatory fee is applied to your fall 2025 and spring 2026 eBills.

Don’t forget to pick up your U•Pass card during the first week of classes.
