Orientation session closes five business days prior to the
respective start date.

FOR CO-CURRICULAR PROGRAMS:

Details and information about co-curricular move-in will
come directly from each program.
Session 2: Friday, June 20 – Saturday, June 21
(No Early Arrivals)
CO-CURRICULAR PROGRAMS:
Session 3: Monday, June 23 – Tuesday, June 24
(Early Arrivals: Sunday, June 22)
Summer Academy - Ignite program participants must
attend this session.
NEW STUDENT ORIENTATION 2025
FOR TRANSFER STUDENTS:
Session 4: Monday, June 30 – Tuesday, July 1
(Jump Start and Early Arrivals: Sunday, June 29)
Session 5: Thursday, Aug. 21 – Friday, Aug. 22
International students who will be studying on a J-1 or
F-1 Visa must attend this session.
New Families and Supporters Orientation will take place
during each of the New Student Orientation sessions listed.

during their first days as part of the GW community.
